Bowell Loyal Orange Lodge No. 25 was re-issued its warrant on May 18th, 1891. 

In 1895-1896, the Lodge met the second Friday of each month at the Orange Hall on Albert Street.  Adam S. Young was the Recording Secretary this year.

In 1901, Bowell Loyal Orange Lodge met at their Orange Hall on the 2nd Friday of the month at 191 Albert Street in Ottawa.  The building no longer exists.

The lodge was named after Canada's fifth Prime Minister, Mackenzie Bowell, in office from 1894 to 1896 and who also served as the Grand Master of the Grand Orange Lodge of British America from 1870 to 1878.
