Clarke Loyal Orange Lodge No. 47

In 1866, Clarke Loyal Orange Lodge No. 47 met on the second Wednesday of each month.  Lodge Officers for this year were:
​
  • Worshipful Master W.F. Powell M.P.P.;
  • Deputy Master James Clarke;
  • Secretary Francis Clemow;
  • Treasurer Thomas Nelson; and
  • First Committeeman William Wood.

In 1875, the Lodge met the first Monday of each month.  Officers of the Lodge were:

  • Worshipful Master Francis Clemow;
  • Deputy Master Jason Clarke; and
  • Recording Secretary Robert W. Cooper.

In 1895-1896, the Lodge met the first Monday of each month at the Orange Hall on Albert Street.  H. H. Morton was the Recording Secretary this year.

​In 1901, Clarke Loyal Orange Lodge No. 47 met the first Monday of each month at the Orange Hall located at 191 Albert Street in Ottawa (Source: The Ottawa City Directory, 1901). 

The Hall no longer exists.
