​South Lake Loyal Orange Lodge No. 233's warrant was received by Thomas Scott on March 7th,1850 at South Lake, Ontario.

The Lodge remained in South Lake until 1962 when it amalgamated with Lansdowne Loyal Orange Lodge No. 26 in Lansdowne, Ontario. 

​The Lodge's Orange Hall was located on Lot 4, concession 4 in Leeds County.
